I am so happy you're here. 

Getting up your wellness mountains is one of the hardest things you can do in your life.

 

My coaching is designed to help you do that. It is designed to make you feel GOOD in the process. It is designed to help you move through a process of deep reflection, evolution, and TRANSFORMATION. 


My name is Cheryl, and I am a certified personal trainer and professional facilitator seeking to help you live your happiest, healthiest life.

 

If you are unwell, I want to help you get well. If you are well, I want to help you stay well. I want to support you on your wellness journey so you can live your best life.

 

While I have an area of expertise in designing fitness programs, I have a broad, holistic approach to wellness that guides the way I think about wellness and coach others in wellness. I offer both holistic wellness coaching and personal training.

One of my life callings is to help spur transformational change for people, teams, and organizations. My entire life has been a journey of self-transformation

Why Liberated Butterfly?

A butterfly is a symbol of transformation. It takes an immense amount of effort to make a real change in one's life, but once you do, you can gain momentum and feel like you can fly towards your healthiest, happiest self. Now that is a liberated butterfly.​

Holistic Wellness Coaching

One 60-minute virtual session weekly for 12 weeks

  • Week 1- Current state exploration

  • Week 2- Future state visioning 

  • Week 3- Gap analysis and design of flight path

  • Week 4- Progress tracking and planning

  • Week 5- Self-love and grace for climbing wellness mountains 

  • Week 6- Wellness practices for physical health

  • Week 7- Wellness practices for mental and emotional health 

  • Week 8- Connections to your people and communities

  • Week 9- Aligning in your purpose 

  • Week 10- Cultivating inner peace 

  • Week 11- Self-observation as a tool for making change 

  • Week 12- Implementation support and staying on the path

Personal Training

One 60-minute virtual personal training session weekly for 12 weeks. Option for those local to Washington, DC, for in-person sessions

  • Week 1- Health history and background, exploration of current state posture and mobility 

  • Week 2- Goal setting, exploration of cardiorespiratory and muscular function, and health 

  • Week 3- Design of workout plan and exploring different movements, exercises, and weights

  • Week 4- Progress tracking and planning

  • Weeks 5-12- Carrying out designed workouts

Time Commitment


Making change takes time and consistent, sustained effort. Therefore, the base commitment for these offerings is three months of weekly 60-minute sessions.
